Our next meeting is scheduled for 2pm on 12th October 2023, to be held at Arbury Community Centre. Please note this is a Thursday, not our usual Wednesday, due to room availability.
We are pleased to be joined by a First Aid and Health and Safety Trainer, who will provide some training and a practical demonstration on how to do CPR and and how to use an AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) found in community buildings etc. There will be an opportunity to practice these skills yourself, but this is not required.
We would like to particularly encourage our members to bring along a partner, carer, family member who would also be interested in learning these very valuable skills.
As usual there will be an opportunity for question and answers, and chat with group members over a tea or coffee. New and old group members and partners, friends and family all welcome.
